To utilize the multi-address delivery feature, Amazon Business customers can create groups that share addresses. Alternatively, they can add delivery instructions to specific addresses from the Amazon Shopping app. Additionally, businesses must ensure that their property type is set to "Business" in order to access this feature.
Order Consolidation
To send items from a single order to multiple addresses, customers simply add the desired items to their shopping basket. The multi-address delivery feature will automatically enable customers to specify different shipping addresses for each item during checkout.
